FREE collection service used for seizure of goods under CRAR which normally results in leaseholder making payment
Step 1
Instruct Proserve as certificated enforcement agents
STEP 2
Proserve issue Statutory Compliance Letter which gives
7 clear days to pay or enter into an arrangement to pay
£75 compliance fee added to debt
Step 3
Leaseholder agrees a payment arrangement. Payments forwarded To client via pro rata
Or
Leaseholder pays in full within 7 clear days and monies paid to client
Or if no contact within 7 days
Step 4
Enforcement stage 2 applied. Officers attend premises with a view to taking control of goods. A statutory fee of £235.00 plus 7.5% of any debt amount in excess of £1500.00 is applied. This is payable by the leaseholder.
Leaseholder agrees payment arrangement. Payments forwarded to client via pro rata.
Or
Leaseholder pays in full and monies paid to client
Step 5
Tenant is unable or refuses to make payment or defaults on payment arrangement.
Enforcement Stage 3 is applies with a statutory charge of £110.00 plus 7.5% of any debt amount in excess of £1500.00. This is payable by the leaseholder. Goods are seized
Leaseholder pays in full to redeem goods prior to auction monies paid to client.
Or
Good sold at auction. Proceeds paid to client on a pro rata basis
